ph97 accounts may only be opened and used by persons who are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. We verify age during the KYC process.
Each player may hold only one active ph97 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different personal details or different devices — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension.
ph97 holds the required PAGCOR licensing for online gaming operations in the Philippines. All games use certified providers. This regulatory standing underpins the fairness and enforceability commitments we make to every player.
All wagering on ph97 involves financial risk. ph97 does not guarantee winnings. Players should only deposit and wager amounts they can afford to lose. Responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits and self-exclusion — are available in every account.
Use of bots, scripts, collusion, or any form of fraud against ph97 or other players is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the ph97 Platform, registering a ph97 Account, or placing any wager on any game available through ph97, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the ph97 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms that may apply.
2.2 These Terms take effect as of the date on which you first access the ph97 Platform, whether or not you complete account registration. If you access any portion of the ph97 Platform without registering, you are still bound by the non-account-specific provisions of these Terms.
2.3 ph97 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they alter your rights or obligations in a significant way — ph97 will notify registered Players via the mobile number or email address on their Account at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the ph97 Platform after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining Balance before the effective date.
2.4 These Terms are published in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.
3.1 To register a ph97 Account, you must be: (a) at least 21 years of age; (b) a resident of or physically present in the Philippines or a jurisdiction where accessing the ph97 Platform is not prohibited by applicable law; (c) legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law; and (d) not subject to any self-exclusion order or account restriction placed by ph97 or directed by PAGCOR.
3.2 Each natural person may hold only one (1) ph97 Account. Duplicate accounts — whether created using identical or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. ph97 may permanently close all accounts associated with a Player found to have operated multiple accounts and may forfeit all associated Balances and Bonus Funds.
3.3 During registration and at any time thereafter, ph97 is entitled to request documentation to verify your identity, age, place of residence, and source of funds. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") laws. Acceptable documents include a Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID) and proof of address dated within the last three months. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
3.4 You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any time thereafter is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. ph97 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate Account information provided by you.
3.5 ph97 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without providing a reason, provided that such refusal does not constitute unlawful discrimination.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph97 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication code. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 ph97 does not employ staff who will ask for your Account password through any channel, including live chat, SMS, email, or social media. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph97 support immediately.
4.3 You must notify ph97 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, via the 24/7 live chat on ph97.win. ph97 will suspend the Account pending investigation. ph97 is not liable for losses incurred by you prior to receiving such notification.
4.4 ph97 may, at its discretion, require enhanced authentication — including additional KYC documentation or device verification — before processing withdrawals or other sensitive Account actions from a new device or location.
4.5 ph97 employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption across all connections to the ph97 Platform and industry-standard security measures for the storage and processing of Account data. Notwithstanding these measures, ph97 cannot guarantee absolute security against all cyber threats and shall not be held liable for losses resulting from security breaches that were not caused by ph97's negligence.
5.1 ph97 accepts deposits through the payment methods listed on the ph97 Platform at the time of deposit. Available methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may change without prior notice. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable fees are as displayed on the ph97 Platform at the time of the transaction. ph97 does not charge a deposit fee on GCash or Maya transactions. Bank and third-party fees are outside ph97's control and are the responsibility of the Player.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are processed by ph97 within the timeframes published on the ph97 Platform, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) the absence of any pending investigation into the Account; (c) compliance with applicable minimum withdrawal amounts; and (d) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds.
5.4 Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. ph97 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of amounts exceeding applicable thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR and BSP AML guidelines.
5.5 ph97 does not accept payments from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the ph97 Account. Deposits from unverified sources may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
6.1 ph97 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, or other incentives to Players. All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer on the ph97 Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply: (a) bonuses are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification; (b) only one bonus may be active per Account at a time unless explicitly permitted; (c) Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn; and (d) bonus eligibility is at ph97's sole discretion.
6.3 ph97 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has commenced fulfilling the associated wagering requirements, ph97 will honour the wagering requirements as applicable at the time the promotion was accepted by the Player.
6.4 Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred to another Account or used for any purpose inconsistent with these Terms. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit any bonus offer — including through multi-accounting or coordinated play — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
7.1 All games available on the ph97 Platform are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly related to game mechanics, payouts, and bet resolution.
7.2 All digital (non-live) games on ph97 use certified RNG technology to determine outcomes. RNG systems are tested and certified by approved independent testing laboratories as required under PAGCOR provider standards. The results of any game are final once the RNG has determined the outcome and the round is declared closed.
7.3 Live dealer games are conducted by real human dealers in licensed studio environments. Game results are subject to the rules of the applicable game variant as displayed on-screen. Video feeds are recorded and logs of all live game outcomes are maintained. In the event of a dispute, the recorded session log constitutes definitive evidence of the game result.
7.4 In the event of a technical failure — including a disconnection during a live game round — ph97's system will apply a pre-defined resolution rule for the interrupted round. Where a round cannot be resolved by the system, ph97 will void the bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account Balance. ph97 is not liable for losses attributable solely to the Player's internet connection failing.
7.5 ph97 reserves the right to void and reverse any bet or win that was credited due to a software error, mis-pricing, or malfunction. Players are not entitled to retain winnings credited as a result of a manifest error. ph97 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players and to process any reversal without undue delay.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph97 Platform:

9.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through the ph97 Account dashboard:
9.3 Players who wish to invoke self-exclusion or any responsible gaming tool may do so through the Account dashboard or by contacting ph97 live chat support, available 24/7. ph97 will action self-exclusion requests within one (1) hour of receipt.
9.4 ph97 will not knowingly allow a self-excluded Player to re-register or access the ph97 Platform during any active exclusion period. Players who breach a self-exclusion by registering a new Account are in material breach of these Terms.
10.1 All intellectual property rights in the ph97 Platform — including the ph97 brand name, logo, website design, game content licensed from providers, software, text, graphics, and databases — are owned by or licensed to ph97. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any ph97 intellectual property except the limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the ph97 Platform for lawful personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10.2 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the ph97 Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from ph97.
10.3 Game content streamed via the ph97 live casino and arcade sections is provided under licence from the respective game providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. Use of any game content outside the ph97 Platform, including recording and redistributing live dealer streams, is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph97's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ph97 Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 ph97 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the ph97 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not ph97 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 ph97 is not responsible for: (a) the quality, speed, or reliability of your internet connection; (b) the performance of your device; (c) the actions of third-party payment providers, including delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to GCash, Maya, or banking partners; or (d) interruptions to gaming services caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph97's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by ph97's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12.1 You may request the closure of your ph97 Account at any time by contacting ph97 live chat support. Pending the closure, any remaining Balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC and AML checks.
12.2 ph97 may suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) a PAGCOR directive or regulatory requirement; (c) a court order or law enforcement instruction; (d) suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (e) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or (f) any other circumstance in which ph97 determines, acting in good faith, that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to ph97, other Players, or the integrity of the ph97 Platform.
12.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ph97 reserves the right to retain the Account Balance in full, without prejudice to any other remedy available to ph97 under law. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any positive Balance will be returned to the Player after applicable deductions.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2 Subject to Clause 14 (Dispute Resolution), both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines in relation to any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the ph97 Platform.
13.3 ph97 operates under PAGCOR licensing. Regulatory matters involving PAGCOR are subject to the jurisdiction and procedures of PAGCOR as the relevant licensing authority.
14.1 In the event of any dispute relating to your use of the ph97 Platform, including game outcomes, account balances, or transaction processing, you should in the first instance contact ph97 via the 24/7 live chat facility on ph97.win, setting out the nature of the dispute and the relevant Account details.
14.2 ph97 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within two (2) business days and will aim to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. ph97 may request additional information or documentation from you during the resolution process, and failure to provide such information within a reasonable time may result in the dispute being closed.
14.3 Where a dispute relates to a game outcome, ph97 will review the relevant RNG logs or live dealer session recordings and will provide a written determination. Game-outcome decisions made on the basis of certified logs are final.
14.4 If you remain dissatisfied following ph97's internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using the formal complaints procedure published on the PAGCOR website. ph97 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.
14.5 For general correspondence, including written notices under these Terms, ph97 may be contacted via the email address displayed in the footer of ph97.win. Notices sent by Players to ph97 are effective upon confirmation of receipt by ph97 support.
